Fees

$2,900 Application deadline: March 21, 2026

The fee includes meals and lodging for seven nights, June 7-14, 2026. Cost of meal one night out at a local restaurant is not included.

Transportation to and from your home to East Boothbay, Maine, is not included. 

Application 

Please fill out the following Google form linked in the button below. We will be asking for contact information and a statement about you, your work and your goals. There will also be a link to upload 10 images from the project you will bring to the workshop.

Details of how to apply for the scholarship are on page two of the application.

Once you have been accepted for the workshop you will be notified and asked to submit the entire fee at that time.

  • If you must cancel your enrollment in the workshop, please notify Sarah Leen via email at sarah@sarahleen.com. Your cancellation will be effective on the date that Sarah receives your email, and is subject to the following refund policy:

    • Cancellation received up to 60 days (April 8, 2026) prior to the workshop start date (June 7, 2026) will be charged 50% of tuition.

    • Cancellation received less than 60 days prior to the workshop start date (June 8, 2026) will be charged 100% of tuition.

    • Cancellation at any time while the workshop is in progress, for any reason, will be charged 100% of the tuition. No refunds will be made for unused portions of the workshop under any circumstances.
